Races will be held on Golden Peak, Vail except for the SL race will be held at Beaver Creek.
ELIGIBILITY: By qualification per Rocky and Central Division rules.
ENTRY FEE:
$600.00- Includes all fees and tickets for race and training days, lunch on race days, access to Awards Banquet for athlete, athlete party, parent social and gift bag. There is no discount for Vail pass holders.
LIFT TICKETS:
Complimentary for athletes. Parent/Guest lift ticket vouchers will be available for pick-up at registration for $90/day. Coaches must pre-register and present a current USSA Coach Membership Card for lift tickets. Coach credentials will be issued according to the schedule on the web site. Additional credentials will be available for purchase for $300.
ENTRY PROCEDURE:
Athletes are responsible for completing their race entry form electronically. Entry form must be filled out in its entirety. Entry fees must accompany entry form via credit card or by mailed check.

RACE SPECTATORS:
Access to the race finish is at the base of Golden Peak (Vail)
You can access the finish line with short walk from the top of the Buckaroo Gondola. Free for foot passengers. (Beaver Creek)
RACE VOLUNTEERS:
Parents and spectators are encouraged to volunteer for the races. Full day, on-hill volunteers will receive one complimentary lift ticket if needed for mountain access to the race course (for the day on which they are volunteering) and lunch. For every two days of volunteering you will receive a complimentary lift ticket valid until March 17, 2017. If you are interested in volunteering, please click here.
PARKING:
Vail:
Vail Village Parking Structure, fee is $25/day. Parking is free in the Vail Village for the first 2 hours and after 3:00PM. (Note: Maximum Vehicle Height at Vail Village Parking Structure is 7’4”). Parking at Manor Vail is also available for a daily rate.

Beaver Creek:
Parking is available at the Elk & Bear lots at the bottom of Beaver Creek Mountain for $10 and a shuttle will depart from each lot and take you to the base of the mountain. There is a skier drop off zone at the base of Beaver Creek just past the Shuttle bus turn around. Parking is available at the base of the mountain at $33 per day. (No vans with racks in pay parking).
DIRECTIONS TO SKI & SNOWBOARD CLUB VAIL/MANOR VAIL LODGE:
Exit I-70 at Exit# 176. Follow signs to Vail Village Parking Structure. Go past the parking structure on your right to the stop sign. Turn right at stop sign onto Vail Valley Drive. Follow the road past the Golden Peak Lodge, and Children’s Ski School. Manor Vail Lodge is on your left and Ski & Snowboard Club Vail will be the next building on the right (gray, two-story building).
