Parents and spectators are encouraged to volunteer for the races.  Full day, on-hill volunteers will receive one complimentary lift ticket if needed for mountain access to the race course (for the day on which they are volunteering) and lunch.  For every two days of volunteering you will receive a complimentary lift ticket valid until March 17, 2017.  If you are interested in volunteering please click here  If you have any questions, please contact volunteers@skiclubvail.org. 

 

During the event, we will have a table at registration each morning located in the Piney Room at Manor Vail.  Volunteer Check in will be located on the 2nd floor of Race City (adjacent to finish line) where you can also check in daily to see what the volunteer needs are.

Volunteer check in at Beaver Creek will be in the annex of the west end of Beaver Creek Chophouse.
